Boston Scientific Announces Agreement to Acquire VENITI, Inc.

Boston Scientific Corporation announced it has signed an agreement to acquire VENITI, Inc., a privately-held company in Fremont, California which has developed and commercialized the VICI VENOUS STENT® System for treating venous obstructive disease.
